What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid a charge.
Where can I park?
When it comes to parking, there's a FREE car park just around the corner off Charles Street, only a 2-minute walk away! Or, you can park for up to 4 hours for FREE in the Sainsbury's car park. If you still need options, there are two more nearby: North Parade Car Park and Beech Hill Car Park – just 90p per hour! You can get more information by clicking here.
